Besides my full-time job as Customer Success Manager, I am also working as a freelancer to coach and train team on Customer Success.

Consulting

I am mainly working with startups (french or english speaking) in order to help them create, structure, or review their Customer Success Department.

At the end of the consulting session, the objective is that my customers are fully autonomous about Customer Success. If needed, I always remain at their disposal for further info.
