Open Book of Customer Success has been created during the first lock-down with Diana de Jesus, founder of KeeptheCustomer.com. It gather all resources that exists around the world regarding Customer Success Management (tool, resources, influencers, community, events...). We update this website on a regular basis.

This meetup group helps me to inform my parisian french speaking customer success colleagues about the events I am organizing. COVID-19 did not help this group but we are already more that 500 people over there !
